The Cattery Services

Prices are assuming multiple occupancy in the same pen.

Prices do not include food as it is very important for your cat to remain on its same diet. Please ensure you supply enough food for the duration of your cats stay. At time of check in we will take details of feeding times and endeavour to keep to their normal routine.

Check in and check out are during our normal opening times only, unless you arrange an alternative time during your booking.

In the event your cat has not been collected within 7 days of the agreed check out date, and no additional boarding fees have been received you agree and understand that your cat then becomes the property of The Cat Cwtch and a decision to rehome the cat will be made at our discretion.

We offer a pick up and drop off service which can be arranged at time of your booking, free within a 3 mile radius of the cattery, and then £1.50 per additional mile, as calculated by Google maps.

A condition of your cats stay is that your cat is in a fit and healthy condition and has proof of up to date vaccination. We reserve the right to refuse entry at check in to any cat at our discretion. We will not be held responsible for any disruption or inconvenience caused by the refusal to board. No cat will be checked in without proof of up to date vaccination against feline influenza and enteritis

Cats are boarded at the sole risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken The Cat Cwtch cannot be liable for illness, injury or death of any animal in their care. By booking with us you agree that should your cat appear unwell whilst in our care, we have permission to transport the cat/s to a veterinarian. We will first try to contact your own vet, should this not be possible for any reason, we will enlist the services of our veterinary surgery. Any fees incurred will be the responsibility of the owner and must be settled by the owner prior to check out, as well as any reasonable transportation costs.

We ask that all cats are deflead prior to their stay. Any infestations caused by your cat with incur an extra cleaning fee of £10.

Male cats over 6 months old will only be accepted for boarding if they are neutered.

We are happy to administer any medication your cat needs while they are staying with us.

If you would like your cats boarded together, please confirm that you understand and agree that they will be sharing the same pen for the duration of their stay.

We require a £30 non refundable deposit to secure a booking.

Payment is due at time of check in, we will not accept cats if payment is not made on check in. We accept bank transfer or cash.

Day of arrival and departure and all days booked are charged for at full day rate

Stays of under 3 days over Christmas and New year incur a surcharge of £20.

Cancellation of the full booking within 7 days of the commencement of the booking will result in the full boarding fees being due for payment.

Cancellation of the full booking within 8 to 14 days of the commencement of the booking will result in 50% of the full boarding fees being due for payment.

Cancellation over 14 days will result in the 10% deposit to be forfeited.

In the event of owners returning before the end of the boarding period booked, the full period booked will be charged. There are no discounts for early collections.
